We offer free domestic shipping via USPS first-class. USPS first-class packages will be delivered in 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at check-out. Please send us an email if you would like to request a signature-required package.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR PACKAGES ONCE THEY ARE SHIPPED.

All orders will be fulfilled and sent to the address provided in your original order.

We ship via DHL and FedEx for international shipments. A phone number is required for all international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Duties & taxes are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible to pay for all duties & taxes.

Full-priced orders may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit. To submit a request for a return, email info@itsmemorialday.com. Once the return request is approved, the item(s) must be sent back within 7 days. Returned item(s) are subject to a $7 shipping fee and a $10 restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be processed once the item(s) are received in their original condition.

International:
